Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy Full payment is due at the time of service. Deposits are applied toward the total cost. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the original booking without penalty, with 50% of the deposit kept for future appointments. Reschedules made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit unless agreed otherwise. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made outside 48 hours will receive half the deposit refunded and may use the remaining 50% for a future appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit, which cannot be applied to future bookings unless agreed otherwise. Arrival and Accessibility Clients must ensure the workspace is ready and accessible (e.g., adequate lighting, power outlets, and a suitable area for hair rinsing). Stylists may arrive within a 15-minute window due to potential traffic delays. No-Show Policy Clients unavailable within 15 minutes of the stylist’s arrival are considered a no-show. A 100% service fee will apply. Late Clients Stylists will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time before marking the appointment as a no-show, with fees applied. Service Adjustments Additional services requested on the day will depend on availability and require agreement to updated pricing. Health and Safety Clients must disclose allergies or sensitivities in advance. Sick clients are encouraged to reschedule to protect others. Damage Liability Klarité is not liable for damages arising from client-provided facilities. Stylists will notify clients and inform the owner of any issues. Photo/Video Policy Booking grants Klarité consent to use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless a client opts out in advance. Client Satisfaction Dissatisfied clients must notify Klarité within 24 hours. Klarité may offer adjustments at no additional cost based on the situation. Force Majeure Clause Klarité is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters or severe traffic.
